When does the sale start?
Tuesday 17 November at 12pm Sydney time (AEDT). Launch times for other major cities are listed near the top of this page.
Do I need a discount code?
No code needed. Everything storewide is a minimum of 25% off. Selected Elite, Active and Impact styles are up to 70% off as clearance items. Prices are already marked down on the site.
Discount codes cannot be used during the sale.
Can you apply the discount early or hold an item for me?
Sorry, we cannot apply sale prices early or reserve stock. Join the list above and we will let you know the moment the sale opens.
Can I return sale items and gifts?
Yes. We have extended returns for everything bought during the Black Friday sale. Lodge your return for exchange, store credit or refund any time up until 8 January. Perfect for Christmas gifts that need a different size.
The only items that cannot be returned are underwear and Return Sale dress shirts.
How long will shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Because of sale demand, please allow an extra 2 to 5 days for delivery. Choose Express at checkout for priority shipping.
What size should I get?
Use Find My Fit on any product page for your recommended size, or check the size chart. Between sizes on chino shorts? Take the smaller size, the fit is tapered and the fabric has real stretch.
