Returns Policy
You have 30 days from the order date to return or exchange an item.
*2025/26 Xmas Period - Extended Returns
We understand that many purchases are gifts and will not be tested for fit until Xmas, so want to make sure you can return if needed.
Any purchases made from November 4, 2025 onwards can be returned after Xmas as long as they are lodged before Jan 10, 2026 or 30 days from purchase, whichever period is longer.

- Shipping fees, duties and tariffs are non-refundable
3 Conditions for Return or Exchange
- Within 30 Days: Proof of purchase required
- Unworn & Undamaged: No signs of wear, washing or scent. Tags attached
- Original Packaging: Do your best, we won’t reject for minor packaging issues
Important Notes
- Underwear can’t be returned
- Return Sale items are final - no refunds or exchanges
- 30-Minute Self-Edit (AUS only): You can change address or items for 30 mins after ordering. After that, no changes, but you can still return
Faulty Items
If you received a faulty item, contact us within 30 days
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the fault
- Description of the issue
- Your contact details
We cannot replace items that have been worn, washed or tampered with. General wear and tear over time is not covered.
