You pay for the item to return to us, we pay for the replacement item shipping.

Domestic: Same Day Shipping Orders before 3pm E.S.T. Business Days Only

Standard Shipping rates are $7.95 AUD, Free orders above $99 AUD.

Express Shipping rates are $9.95 AUD, Free orders above $200 AUD.

To avoid Aus Post delays, we encourage you to choose Express if in regional areas. 

*26-11-22:  (Western Australia Only) Australia Post have advised of large standard postage delays and a 40% surcharge (Minimum 2 weeks) to due to rail line damage from NSW/VIC to Western Australia. During this period, we are offering Express Postage only to WA for $11.95 orders below $200 AUD and Free above $200.

International:

Express DHL Shipping rates are Free above min spend and rates vary depending on location and are listed in shipping information bellow the Cart Button.

*Excludes any import or customs fees, import duties or local taxes if applicable which are at customers expense.

No extra fees or duties are required for USA customers.

Canada, UK & EU may be subject to customs duties and taxes and DHL will contact you to collect any relevant payment.

SHIPPING TIME GUIDE

Items are shipped direct from our warehouse in Sydney Australia with a 3pm local order cut-off for same day shipping on Mon-Friday Business Days. This is not a guarantee and can be delayed due to address or inventory verification issues.

Guide excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Kojo Fit and our Couriers control.

This guide is subject to change and we reserve the right to change couriers to improve our service at any time.

Kojo Fit are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages once they have left our warehouse and in transit with our couriers. In the unfortunate case of a missing package, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to lodge a case.

We want you to get the best fit, always!

If the sizing isn't quite right, we will take returns/exchanges to ensure you get the right fit!

Return shipping and packaging is at customers expense, new item shipped free of charge upon receipt of returned goods.

Note: Any "Return Sale" items are heavily discounted and not available for size exchange or return

RETURN FOR REFUND

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of ordering and we will be happy to provide you with a store credit or refund via the payment method you used for purchase upon receipt of goods. 

A return form must be submitted here for all returns.

Return shipping and packaging is at customers expense. Product purchase, refunded, excludes shipping costs.

Refund will be processed after receipt of return goods as per terms below.

Item(s) were purchased in the last 30 days and proof of purchase can be provided.

2. ITEM(S) ARE UNWORN & UNDAMAGED

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise undamaged with original tags attached. Item(s) must not have any stains, perfumes or other added odours. 

3. IN ORIGINAL CONDITION & PACKAGING

Item(s) are in their original condition. (Please just do your best with packaging, we understand it is not possible to re-package some items as original and will not deny a return on minor technicalities)

I RECIEVED A FAULTY ITEM

In the rare case that you have received a faulty item, please contact support@kojofit.com.

We will need relevant information such as Order Number, Photos, Description of Issue and your Contact Information

Our products are subject to wear and tear over time depending on how you handle and wash your items and this is not classified as a faulty item under our quality guarantee.
