Yes, you can return items for exchange/store credit/refund with an extended returns time period for this sale to allow returning of Xmas gifts.

Although most orders will ship within 1 business day, we expect it will take up to 3 business days for our team to pack all orders.

We encourage the use of Express delivery to get priority shipping and faster delivery during this busy period which can also cause extra peak load delays with couriers.

You have 30 minutes after ordering to self edit and adjust any order details.

After this period, due to the massive workload we are unable to edit any orders before shipping.

The address can be requested to change directly with the shipping provider directly, once you have the tracking information.

Unfortunately stock is strictly limited and we do not expect any re-stocks during the sale period.
