Discount codes are not valid during the sale period.

Free gifts are unlocked in the cart (see the progress bar). They must be selected with your size in the cart to be included in your order.

If free gifts are not claimed, sorry we are unable to send them separately or add them to your order later.

Yes, you can return items for exchange/store credit/refund.

*The only items unavailable for return are Underwear & "Return Shirts Sale Items"

We have extended our usual 30 day returns policy to allow returning of Xmas gifts for exchange, store credit or refund.

If outside the 30 days, Items purchased during the Black Friday sale must be lodged for return before Jan 10 2026.

Although most orders will ship within 1 business day, we expect it will take up to 3 business days for our team to pack all orders.

We encourage the use of Express delivery to get priority shipping and faster delivery during this peak period.

You have 30 minutes after ordering to self edit and adjust any order details.

After this period, due to the massive workload we are unable to edit any orders before shipping.

The address can be requested to change directly with the shipping provider directly, once you have the tracking information and we do accept returns if there was an error on products selected.

Unfortunately stock is strictly limited and many styles will sell out and cannot be reserved.
