- I’m not really athletic and a bit more dad-bod middle spread than bodybuilder, will these fit?

Perfect fit. True to size. I am 5ft 10 in (178cm) and weigh 74kgs and pretty much always fit a medium and this shirt was tight in all the right spots but also stretchy and very comfortable. Material is exactly what I hoped for in quality and no wrinkles. Looks great (if I do say so! lol).
I am 6’4 and weight 185. I ordered medium according to the size guide. It was too small in the chest. Gave them to my husband and they fit great. This is a large and I love the fit.
I have been lifting weights for last 9 years and Always struggled to find clothes As my waist to shoulder ratio was soo large. i found normal clothes too baggy/lose or too tight for my shoulders. Quality of the shirt is great but its definitely an extra slim fit. The stretch-knit shirts fit well but this cotton shirt will only fit a swimmers build so for me ill wear it open with a t-shirt under.
